Intercollege is an independent, co-educational, equal opportunity institution of higher education, which offers a wide range of programs to students from around the world. Located on the historic island of Cyprus, the College offers undergraduate studies in business, science, education and the liberal arts, as well as professional programs. Postgraduate programs are also offered in psychology, sociology, international relations, education, special education and business. Intercollege, in Cyprus, at the cross-roads of three continents, is quickly becoming a global education centre.  International in philosophy, the College hosts students from all over the world, in a multicultural learning environment, promoting friendship, cooperation and understanding. The College pursues excellence in education through research and high teaching standards, in a continually improving academic environment.  Besides classroom instruction, Intercollege offers students opportunities to become involved in a whole range of activities including student clubs, sports, public lectures and seminars. Intercollege is also actively involved in the community with campaigns for various causes, including environmental protection.  In recognition of this work the College has received the prestigious "Global 500" award from the United Nations.  Other examples of community service include campaigns for fighting world hunger and raising funds for worthy causes.  In the prison project, professors teach Computing, Art and Psychology to inmates. Public opinion has recognized the comprehensive contribution Intercollege is making.  Indeed, a local survey has found Intercollege to be "the most reputable College in Cyprus". The Consultancy Unit is a separate department of Intercollege providing a broad spectrum of consulting services to the Cypriot Business Community, as well as to other organizations (governmental and non-governmental), on a commercial basis. The consultancy unit’s clients receive professionally friendly services with up-to-date and proven methodologies, custom made solutions, really useful knowledge and full support. The Unit is able to draw upon the expertise and knowledge of Intercollege and utilize its infrastructure to deliver a first class service to its clients.
